A MAJOR road in Dartford was still closed in one direction this morning (March 4) after an accident involving a diesel lorry earlier this week.
The A206, or Bob Dunn Way, is closed to allow Highways staff to carry out resurfacing work and emergency repairs.
The road was completely closed yesterday (March 3) but it is understood only eastbound traffic is now affected.
Two other cars may have been involved in the accident at around 9.40pm on Tuesday (March 2), including a Mercedes and Daewoo.
There were no reported injuries.
There is currently a diversion in place via Victoria Road and East Hill.
Bob Dunn Way is a busy A-road near the toll booths of the Dartford Crossing and is part of the Littlebrook Interchange.
Police are asking drivers to use other routes, including the A2
