THE BROMLEY (WaITING aND LOaDING REsTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (aMENDMENT NO. 83) ExPERIMENTaL ORDER 2010.
(Jail Lane and Old Tye avenue, Biggin Hill)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 11th February 2010 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 1st April 2010.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/540.

Schedule:
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting between 8am and 9.30am and 2.30pm and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
JAIL LANE, Biggin Hill, (a) the south west side, (i) from the common boundary of Nos. 120 & 122 north westwards to the common boundary of Nos. 112 & 114; (ii) from a point 15.5m north west of the western boundary of No. 124 south eastwards to the common boundary of Nos. 130 & 132; (iii) from the eastern boundary of ‘Patrice’ westwards for a distance of 13m; (b) the north east side, from the common boundary of Nos. 63 & 65 south eastwards to the south eastern boundary of No. 81.

OLD TYE AVENUE, Biggin Hill, the east side, from the common boundary of Nos. 1d & 1e southwards to a point 3.5m north of the common boundary of Nos. 19 & 21.
