BECKENHAM: Car crash pedestrian 'critical but stable'
A PEDESTRIAN knocked unconscious by a car in Beckenham at the weekend is still in hospital, police say.
The 48-year-old was walking along Beckenham Road on Saturday night (October 31) at around 11.30pm when he was struck by a grey Fiat Punto.
He suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Kings College Hospital in Denmark Hill with life threatening injuries.
He remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital this morning (November 3).
The accident happened at the junction with Clock House Road, near Clock House train station.
No arrests have been made.
