A 20-YEAR-OLD man has described seeing Rosimeiri Boxall the day before she fell to her death arguing with one of the teenagers now accused of her manslaughter.

Miss Boxall, of Battery Road, Thamesmead, was found beneath an open window after falling from a building in Coleraine Road, Blackheath, on May 17 last year.

Oluwakemi Ajose, aged 19, of Floyd Road, Charlton, and a 15-year-old girl from Belvedere, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.

Shane Francis told the Old Bailey today he met Miss Boxall and the two defendants outside an off-licence the day before 19-year-old Miss Boxall died.

He witnessed Miss Boxall and the 15-year-old, who was only 13 at the time, arguing numerous times that night and said the victim was telling the 15-year-old she "thought she was the boss".

The court heard Miss Boxall and the 15-year-old both liked Mr Francis and that he had been calling and texting both of them on the day the teenager died.

Mr Francis and a friend went to the block of flats before Miss Boxall died. He told jurors: "We were going up the stairs but we didn't actually go inside the flat."

Once the two boys got to the door of the flat a lady told them Miss Boxall had jumped out of the kitchen window.

Mr Francis said: "Me and my friend panicked and we went back downstairs. We saw Rosie on the floor and people outside."

He told the court he remembers seeing the 15-year-old girl outside the flat. He said: "She said to someone 'serves you right'."

Ajose has been remanded in custody while the 15-year-old has been bailed.

The Old Bailey trial continues.
