POLICE have launched a murder investigation after a 22-year-old man from Abbey Wood man was stabbed to death.

Moses Nteyoho was found by officers in Tavy Bridge, Abbey Wood, at around 9.30pm on Friday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post-mortem examination held at Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough, gave the cause of death as haemorrhaging from a stab wound to the heart.

Officers from the Met's homicide and serious crime command unit are investigating and anyone with information should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

No arrests have been made.
