A HAPPY Halloween was had by youngsters in north Kent as they enjoyed treats without any tricks.
Children were shown how to turn an ordinary vegetable into the stuff of nightmares at a pumpkin carving masterclass at the John Lewis Foodhall in the Bluewater shopping centre.
In Northfleet little horrors showed off creepy costumes and gruesome grins as they enjoyed a party at youth charity Walk Tall’s headquarters in Lower Road.
Walk Tall chief executive Ann Duke said: “The party was a way of saying thank you to all our primary school aged children who work so hard in our performing arts and education classes.”
