A CHARITY has launched a new online service offering visitors the chance to monitor their health and well-being.
The free Myhealth MOT calculator has been set up by Bromley Mytime and asks a series of question about physical activity, height and body weight, waist circumference and weekly alcohol consumption.
The results of the questions are calculated instantly and are accompanied by guidance and advice on staying fit and healthy.
The Bromley Mytime charitable leisure trust was created to manage selected leisure services in partnership with Bromley Council.
