DOGS and their owners are being asked to take part in a sponsored walk for the RSPCA.
The branch of the charity covering north Kent is holding the event at Shorne Woods Country Park, in Brewers Road, Gravesend, from 2pm to 4pm on September 19.
Walkers without a dog are welcome, and everyone who takes part will receive a certificate and a surprise gift.
An spokewoman for the charity said: “All proceeds raised by the event will be used for animal welfare, including the re-homing of unwanted pets, helping with vet care and supporting RSPCA inspectors in Kent.”
