VIDEO - NORTH KENT: Woman who intimidated Asian mother was BNP member despite councillor's denial

WHEN a woman convicted of intimidating an Asian mother was branded a ‘BNP mum’ by the media, Councillor Paul Golding made a video vigorously claiming she had never been a member of his party.

However, News Shopper has discovered she was registered as a member of the British National Party - under a different name.

The Daily Mirror said Gravesend resident Helen Forster was a member of the BNP after she was found guilty of intimidating her Asian neighbour in May.

In response, Paul Golding, councillor for the St Mary’s ward of Swanley, made a video in which he claimed the reports were “outrageous lies”.

The video below was posted on the BNP website and YouTube.

In the video, Cllr Golding said Forster "is not a member of the British National Party and she never has been".

He added: “I contacted our membership department and asked them to check all of our records going back many years and she is not on there whatsoever.

“I spoke to Andy McBride, the south east regional organiser, and he said that no-one in the whole region had ever heard of her.”

Cllr Golding went to Forster’s home in Park Place and interviewed her on her doorstep, and she too called the reports “lies”.

The 32-year-old said: “I was not a paid member, I was just a graphic designer. I produced leaflets.”

However, a woman named Helen Colclough, of the same address as Helen Forster, was registered as a member and activist for the BNP.

Last week a Kent Police spokeswoman confirmed that Helen Forster and Helen Colclough are, in fact, the same person.

The video was made as part of Cllr Golding’s Operation Fightback campaign, which aims to expose so-called media lies.

When he was asked to explain why his video on Forster contained a lie, he said he was unaware she was a member of his party under a different name at the time of making the video.

Cllr Golding said: "She lied to me as well as lying to everyone else."

Following his election in February, Cllr Golding’s political career was brought into question when details of a family member’s criminal past were exposed.

His brother Jamie has been convicted of stealing cars and committing more than 150 burglaries in the Bexley and Kent area.

Last Monday (July 27), Forster pleaded guilty to common assault and perverting the course of justice at Maidstone Crown Court.

She has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced on September 7.

The charges relate to an incident in Fort Gardens, Gravesend, on May 23.

In May she was given a 10-month suspended sentence after being found guilty of intimidating her neighbour Meherjan Miah, a 30-year-old mother of four.

The court heard Forster had encouraged children to throw eggs and fire an air gun at Mrs Miah’s home.

Well done, News Shopper.

The British Nazi Party shows its true - or should that be untrue - colours once again.

Oh, and by the way. Just in case any BNP supporters are thinking about starting an argument with me, don't bother as I don't argue with Nazis and don't want to give you any more publicity than is necessary.

It's the location that's really useful , an excellent drunken stop on the way to get the train or a lightening pop up to town. You've got Nahm round the corner but that's blooming pricey. I personally prefer Noura next door but that a whole different ball game as they say with loads of young thai women offering massage services

It's all rather boring !
Blair & Bush lied ~ every man and his dog knows that the majority of lib~lab~con politicians have lied about their expenses for many years until the newspapers paid for that information ~ it's no big deal today, not when the likes of grandie lord archer lied through his teeth !

The Bnp are only a small party and this will make no difference whatsoever ~ especially when we all know how Blair & Bush lied to take our country into a war we cannot get out of now and hundreds of our troops have been killed by these politicians ~ perhaps the Bnp are the same as the main three now and they cannot be singled out when the other parties have taken us into an "illegal war" and saw to death of thousands of people in the Iraq and Afghanistan ~ small fry !!

Sorry, this proves nothing. I've also realised the amount of Smears against the British National Party since it's success at the EU elections.

Besides, Cllr Golding may just have been telling the truth, because the women had been registered under another name (...that's if she is even a member). Also, as soon as a BNP members, or supporter happens to be on the wrong side of the law, it's all over the News.

But, what about Conservatives, Labour, and Liberal Democrats who have been convicted of voting fraud and many other things? A few simple searchs on Google would prove this.

Oh, and when you have Communists, and I know you are, around. They'll call them the "Nazi" party. Those little UAF, Searchnlight and many other groups, show their true colours also. If anyone that actually wants to know, just search on Youtube. There are some videos of them, yes, UAF and others, waving that Red flag, that communist dirty piece of work.

Ministers were warned in July 2002 that Britain was committed to taking part in an American-
led invasion of Iraq and they had no choice but to find a way of making it legal.

The RAF and US aircraft doubled the rate at which they were dropping bombs on Iraq in 2002 in an attempt to provoke Saddam Hussein into giving the allies an excuse for war ... By the end of August the raids had become a full air offensive.

They dropped precision-guided munitions on Saddam Hussein's major western air-defense facility, clearing the path for Special Forces helicopters that lay in wait in Jordan. Earlier attacks had been carried out against Iraqi command and control centers, radar detection systems, Revolutionary Guard units, communication centers and mobile air-defense systems. The Pentagon's goal was clear: Destroy Iraq's ability to resist. This was war. ... This was September 2002--a month before Congress had voted to give President Bush the authority he used to invade Iraq, two months before the United Nations brought the matter to a vote and more than six months before "shock and awe" officially began.

A memo of a two-hour meeting between the two leaders at the White House on January 31 2003 - nearly two months before the invasion - reveals that Mr Bush made it clear the US intended to invade whether or not there was a second resolution and even if UN inspectors found no evidence of a banned Iraqi weapons programme.

Memo extracts

President Bush to Tony Blair: "The US was thinking of flying U2 reconnaissance aircraft with fighter cover over Iraq, painted in UN colours. If Saddam fired on them, he would be in breach"

Bush: "It was also possible that a defector could be brought out who would give a public presentation about Saddam's WMD, and there was also a small possibility that Saddam would be assassinated."

Blair: "A second Security Council Resolution resolution would provide an insurance policy against the unexpected and international cover, including with the Arabs."

Bush: "The US would put its full weight behind efforts to get another resolution and would 'twist arms' and 'even threaten'. But he had to say that if ultimately we failed, military action would follow anyway.''

Blair responds that he is: "solidly with the President and ready to do whatever it took to disarm Saddam."

Bush told Blair he: "thought it unlikely that there would be internecine warfare between the different religious and ethnic groups."

They may not be nazis but they're most certainly fascist.

Funny how all the BNP supporters are trying to change the subject by talking about other parties. Why did this supporter feel the need to give a false name and then lie about it in an official party video. Doesn't generally happen for other parties does it? Do you think she might have been ashamed? Wonder why that is. Is it because you're all an absolute disgrace to the country you claim to believe so strongly in?

Try googling "fraud" and "criminals" with the three "established" parties .............
It's a wealth of mind boggling stories and reports of people convicted of major crimes !!

Perhaps, people are starting to see that smear stories for one party is tiddly compared to the main political so-called "decent" & "honest" parties !!

it's easy to say the bnp wouldn't of claimed expenses when they weren't in power. they didnt seem to mind attempting to get the maximum amount in europe. or mind burgling people's houses! god help us if they were in power. tho im sure cambridge boy griffin with his 2:2 (lol) in politics would do great! and know exactly what to do!

bnp condone rape, violence on women, anyone that doesnt support them and other races.

'bush and blair did it so why cant the bnp attack people?!' great logic!

is that your responce to the nail bombs planted by bnp activists? 'terrorists blow stuff up, why cant we!'

maybe if bnp supporters spent more time on their cv and less time spiting bile, they'd have a job! that's appreciation for you, bnp hating those that pay their benefits.

I googled the word 'criminals' in uk politics and hey presto! found pages and pages of criminal convictions of a very nasty nature by all the main political parties, murder, rape, fraud, arson, plus a lot more filth

As for the bnp claiming expenses in europe they are only claiming a couple of million for staff etc and no one can deny a duly elected member of the eu from claiming the basic wage! he he - unlike the kinnocks who have made millions from the eu gravy train for all their family! not forgetting they are socialists! lol

As for terrorists and bombs - blair allowed in fanatics 'fleeing persecution' {yeah right!} using the human rights charter to protect themselves from ever being removed from this country - the failed london bombers and those on 7/7 were linked to this fiasco called the asylum racket

Anyway, the bnp are here to stay - best get used to it - or emmigrate - try south america - i heard it stinks a bit when the sewers are in full flow in argentina!!!! lol

'fleeing persecution'...yeah bnp would laugh at such humanitarian work. the party that wants to get rid of the uk human rights act!

Why not move to a marxist run country, say, Zimbabwe yeah, try your little game over there and see how far you get with Robert ! lol all noise and no substance lol

When you've challenged the main three political parties over their handling of immigration, crime, terrorist activity, banking system, overcrowing in housing, roads, health, schools, roads, and came up with answers and solutions to these problems, THEN you can wet your knickers about other political parties LOL

The whole thing turns to 'let's change the subject, turn on others, attack those who speak out and of course 'let's write a book', sorry I've gone and done it now as well. But basically GOOD STORY

I found the story a bit boring ... I mean , how many times have we seen politicians involved in very , very , dodgy goings on over the years ?

Electoral fraud in the midlands has been going on for years , not forgetting the sleazy brown envelopes for asking questions in the Commons and the Lord's ( still going on ... in the Lord's at least !! ) ... the cash donations for passports ? this particular story above really is small fry compared to the serious stuff hidden by the major political parties that we have seen in the last few years.

Perhaps some people think ... bad publicity and smears stories will make the bnp drop out of the politcal ratings as the public turns their backs on them ... well , if that's the case , they have failed to make an impact with the electorate. They made it into the European Parliment ! so much for 'bad publicity' and the 'smears' ... didn't work !!

My guess is this ... the public seeing some of the worst scandals in recent years with the major politicians ... not forgetting the Daily Telegraph's expenses scandal a few months ago ... cannot give a hoot about these people any longer ... because they No longer feel 'they' are being represented by the major politicians anymore ... it will take a decade at least , for the trust to slowly come back from the electorate to the major political players ... by then , the bnp will have been firmly established in the political playing field with a hard core of member , supporters, and voters ... Oh dear , it looks like these politicians have forced the electorate to look elswhere by their actions !!

I thought this discussion was about the story surrounding Paul Golding and the 'outrageous lies' that he seems to have told everyone about one of the BNP members! As a councillor he sucks, no one can get hold of him, if you try through the number on the bnp website you get charged a £1 that goes to their 'cause' and he refuses to go on any committees as a district councillor, what's he got to say about that. I've investigated and the other district councillor on his ward (and all other district councillors) are on three sub committees and outside bodies, so what is Paul Golding doing as an elected councillor apart from picking his monthly cheque up and telling lies. Michael Purton investigate that. It's on Sevenoaks district council website.
