As part of Create — a celebration of art, music, history and entertainment in the boroughs surrounding 2012 Olympics sites — there is going to be lots to see and do in Greenwich for free during the next fortnight.
As well as history workshops, architecture tours and Restoration dance performed in full period costume by University of Greenwich drama students, you must not miss the Re-framed art exhibition.
All the work on display has been submitted by self-taught artists from homeless, addiction and offending backgrounds. The collection aims to show the artists have moved on from their troubled pasts.
Reframed, Stephen Lawrence Gallery, University of Greenwich. June 11 to June 19. Free.
