TRIBUTE messages have been left on a social networking website in memory of a motorist killed in a car crash.
Louie Blackwood, of New Road, Dartford, died when the white BMW Mini Cooper he was driving hit a wall in Essex.
The 21-year-old, who went to Hextable School in Egerton Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene in Billericay at around 12.50am on May 24.
A 21-year-old woman from the Chadwell St Mary area who was also travelling in the car sustained serious injuries in the accident.
She has since been discharged from hospital.
The tribute group set up online called ‘Xx R.I.P Louie Blackwood xX’, has more than 500 members and describes Louie as “a much loved Friend, Son & Family Member, who will be Greatly Missed”.
In one of the 175 messages left online, Debbie Dow said: “Louie, its took me a few days 2write this as no words can even express wot any1 has 2say... howeva, I want u 2no that u r 1 in a million. god cudn't have chosen a nicer/cheekier/more handsome/more loyal friend &young man, than u!”
Ashleen Kelly said: “You were one of the only decent ones out there, a real gentleman, wel a real cheeky gentleman. Your in my thoughts forver and so many others, we're all in shock, they always take the good ones. Ima keep our memories and photos forever and you NEVER be forgotten. A true star, and your gnna be the biggest star up in that sky at night lookin down on us all.”
Emma Jeffrey said: “He was my best male friend i will never forget youand will miss you till eternity you was more than a friend to me i was soo close to you. i love you soo much but i know we will meet again till then RIP x.”
Julie Heather said: “Louie you was a Legend and will be sadly missed but never forgotten.”
Charlie Brandl said: “Gone but NEVER forgotten. Family forever. I love you mate.”
An inquest into his death is expected to open next week.
