DARTFORD: Fire damages speed camera

A SPEED camera was damaged in a fire this morning (May 25).
Firefighters were called to Princes Road, Dartford, after a tyre was put around the device and set alight.
They managed to put the fire out very quickly at around 3am.
But it is not yet known whether the camera, which is located between the Halfords and the VW garage, still works or whether it will need to be replaced.
