Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Kamalesh Sharma visited students at Cator Park School in Beckenham
THE Secretary-General of the Commonwealth has visited sixth formers to give a talk.
Former High Commissioner for India, Kamalesh Sharma spoke and answered questions from students at Cator Park School, Lennard Road, Beckenham, about the work of the Commonwealth and how it affects young people.
Headteacher Meryl Davies said: “This was a wonderful opportunity for our students to consider global issues.
“We are very grateful for the time given to us by the Secretary-General.”
