GIRL Guides in Bexley can win a cooking session with Britain's youngest head chef, Sophie Wright and an all expenses paid trip to London.
A national competition has been launched by Florida Grapefruit to find a Girl Guide who is also a budding chef.
More than 125,000 Girl Guides will be encouraged to develop a creative and nutritional recipe in order to win the competition.
Nancy Brown, marketing manager for Florida Grapefruit said: “The aim of the competition is to encourage teens to hone their cooking skills and help friends and family understand the importance of using fresh ingredients, rather than putting a ready meal in the microwave.”
Any Girl Guide wishing to take part should send their recipe along with a photo of their dish to Florida Grapefruit competition, c/o Golin Harris, Fox Court, 14 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8WS or email floridagrapefruit@golinharris.com.
All entries must be received by Sunday (MARCH 15)
