1230 The Women's Company is holding an Any Other Business? event in Bromley Central Library on Tuesday, March 17.

From beginning to end, from 9am to 3pm, the day is packed with a “must do” programme.

Guest speaker is Sue Stockdale of Mission Possible. Sue was the first British woman to walk to the Magnetic North Pole, and among many other things, is author of Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs and Kickstart Your Motivation.

Sue said: “The journey to start up and grow a business is like going to the North Pole.

"You know there will be highs and lows and every day will be different, but it’s a fantastic adventure.”

With workshops, lots of networking (which means lots of contacts for new business)and a networking lunch, this is definitely an event for every business woman’s (or aspiring business woman’s) diary.

And another feather in the cap of 1230 TWC.

Julie Quick from the Heathside Centre said of the last conference: “Wow. Thanks 1230 for organising such an interesting day last Thursday at the Churchill Theatre.

"It was great to meet so many interesting people and at the same time listen to such inspiring speakers.

"I left with renewed enthusiasm for really making my business work.”

Karen Cheeseman from Grugeon Reynolds said: “I thoroughly enjoyed the We Mean Business Event.

"Two of my lady clients enjoyed the event immensely.

"The quality of the speakers was such that I would persuade more clients to attend in the future!”
