PEOPLE looking for affordable housing have been given a boost thanks to a new development in Woolwich.
The £3m project, called The Secret, is based near the town centre in Long Walk and comprises of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The new homes, jointly funded by Greenwich Council and the regeneration group LHA-ASRA, feature private balconies, white gloss fitted kitchens, a landscaped garden and security gates.
Prices start from £38,750 for a 25 per cent share of a one bed apartment, with a monthly rent of £290.63.
