FORMER British champion boxer Julius Francis appeared in court today (December 18) following an alleged road rage attack in Beckenham.
However the case was adjourned at Bromley Magistrates’ Court because Francis did not have his driving licence with him.
The Croydon resident is charged with common assault, criminal damage, driving with no insurance and driving while not in accordance with his licence.
His charges relate to an incident in Wickham Road, Beckenham, on December 4.
The veteran heavyweight famously lasted just four minutes in the ring with Mike Tyson in January 2000.
The case has been rescheduled for Tuesday (December 23).
