ON SONG: Bromley-based Cordon Bleu
A BARBERSHOP quartet has sung its way into the final of a national competition.
Bromley-based Cordon Bleu beat off competition from other singers, dancers and comedians to reach the final of the Silver Stars Talent Contest for the over 60s.
The group comprises Charley Gates, 69, John Weeks, 69, John Rayfield, 70, and Frank Taylor, 71.
They now travel to Southport for the July final to try and win the £1,000 top prize.
