SUMMER FAIR: A summer event will offer family fun. The Chelsfield Village Fair will be held at Church Road, on July 19 from noon. Attractions will include a marching band, model car grand prix, bouncy castle and a steel band.
MAKE MUSIC: Musicians are being asked to get together and play. The event for players of all instruments will be held at the Methodist Church, College Road, on Saturday from 2pm.Call 020 8658 9771.
CELEBRATION: The Bromley Archdeaconry Festival will be held at St Augustine’s Church, Southborough Lane, Bromley, on July 10 from 7.15pm. The event will include dance, crafts and chanting. Call 01689 874876.
BUS LANE: A bus lane will be built along Cray Avenue, Bromley, the council has announced. There will also be a pelican crossing installed and re-surfacing work carried out. Street lighting will also be improved.
