SCORES of people put their best feet forward to raise money for a cancer unit.
More than 80 people set off from the Royal Artillery museum Firepower, in Woolwich, on a 10-mile route to raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
The sponsored walkers arrived at Tower Bridge about four hours after setting off. Following a short break they headed back to Woolwich Arsenal for free thanks to Connex South Eastern.
Walkers are now collecting their cash and at this stage they are not sure how much money they have raised for the Brook Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
