Full planning permission for the proposed development at Stanley Works, in Avery Hill Road, is set to be granted by Greenwich Council’s planning board tomorrow.
The scheme, for the 1.91 hectare site, comprises 52 two-storey homes and 104 flats with off-street car parking.
