a colourful street procession aims to get everybody into the carnival mood.
Children will parade around the Coldbath, Orchard, Lethbridge and Heathside estates to kick off the third Quaggy Carnival, on Friday.
The procession, which has seen youngsters working with Emergency Exit Arts, will end at Morden Mount Primary School, in Lewisham Road.
The festivities officially open at 1pm and activities will include live music, dance performances, face-painting and Indian head massage.
