BEXLEY Arts Council stages its summer arts festival in Bexleyheath Broadway this Saturday.
Artists will be on hand to demonstrate a host of skills and the day will resound to the sounds of a variety of live music and dance artists.
Schools will also be showing off their artwork in Broadway stores. There will be a puppet workshop for children, culminating in a puppet parade at 4.30pm.
The Central Library will display artwork and an exhibition by the Practical Photographic group.
The free event begins at 10am.
Intimate Opera will perform in Christ Church, in the Broadway, from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £8 (£6 concessions) on the door or in advance from John Bowman on 020 8303 5542.
