Traffic blocked on A2 after motorbike collison
THE London bound carriageway of the A2 in Eltham is closed following a collision involving a motorcycle.
The incident happened near the Eltham Tunnel at about 5.30am this morning (October 17).
A 38-year-old man was treated at the scene by London Ambulance crews before being taken to Kings College Hospital. The man's injuries are thought to be serious.
No other vehicles were involved.
The road is closed westbound between the Falconwood Interchange and the South Circular.
Traffic is blocked back to the Black Prince Interchange and drivers should expect delays.
