TWO BROTHERS accused of stabbing a 16-year-old girl in the neck have been released on bail until December 16.
Matthew Godden, 28, and Michael Godden, 24, both of Preston Road, Northfleet, appeared before Maidstone Crown Court on October 13.
Matthew was charged with assault, actual bodily harm and GBH, while Michael was charged with common assault.
Both were released on bail until December 16, when they will return to the court for the next hearing.
The 16-year-old girl, from the Meopham area, was stabbed in the neck in Park Avenue, Gravesend, at around 11.20pm on October 2.
She was taken to Darent Valley Hospital and treated for non life-threatening wounds to her neck, before being released on October 5.
