AN ITALIAN market will bring a taste of the Mediterranean to the high street.
The food market will be held on October 3 from 9am to 4pm at the High Street in Dartford.
Shoppers can browse around the colourful stalls selling fresh produce including olive oil, breads, pastries, cheese, olives, balsamic vinegar, fresh pasta and wine.
Councillor Patsy Thurlow, portfolio holder for the town centre says the Italian market was very popular last time it visited the town two years ago.
She said: "Our speciality markets are always very popular and I'm sure that the visit by the Italian market will bring lots of shoppers into Dartford town centre.
"We are always looking to expand the range of our markets and the taste of Italy will be most welcome."
