AUTUMN FAIR: Buy home-made cakes, arts and crafts and second-hand treasures at the autumn fair in St Paul's Church, Brackley Road, Beckenham, on October 11 from 10.30am to 1.00pm.
Entry is free and refreshments and light lunches will be available at the event.
FUNDRAISER: Children and staff at the Happy Child Montessori Baby Nursery, Grove Park Road, Mottingham, will present The Meningitis Trust with a cheque for £1,200 on Friday after holding a sponsored "toddle and waddle".
MEET POLICE: The Crystal Palace Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting a street surgery on October 1 from 7pm to 8pm at the Weighton Road community flat in Penge. Residents are encouraged to come along and raise any concerns they have.
