POLICE are repeating an appeal for information about violence at a Millwall game in April.

CCTV images of nine men have been re-issued by police investigating disorder after the Millwall v Leeds United match at the New Den on April 19.

The men pictured are believed to have been involved in an incident at the rear of the East Stand during which a group of Millwall supporters leaving the venue verbally abused and attacked police by throwing lighters, stones and coins.

Three men have already been identified as a result of a previous appeal.

A 19-year-old man from Bromley was found guilty of an offence under the Public Order Act on September 3 at Greenwich Magistrates' Court and awaits sentencing.

A 23-year-old man and a 17 year-old boy were arrested on September 12 on suspicion of public order offences, and have been bailed until mid-October.

Anyone with information should contact Lewisham police on 020 8284 8461 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
