THREE groups have been given more than £29,000 in lottery cash.
The grants are from the Big Lottery Fund, which makes awards of from £300 to £10,000 for community and voluntary groups.
Overall, 83 London groups have been given a total of £648,141 from the fund, three of which are from Lewisham borough.
They include the Women of Divine Substance organisation, in Thurston Road, Lewisham, which has received a £10,000 grant.
The group is open to all women, providing counselling and courses in subjects including IT and English.
Deptford Green School, in Amersham Vale, New Cross, will receive £9,517.
And the Windrush Foundation charity in Bramden Gardens, Lewisham, has been awarded £9, 950.
