Meet the Disney superfan who has spent more than £8,000 on plushies, pins, vinyls and films.

Ronni Carter, 19, has been a fan of Disney since she got her first plushie of Eeyore when she was one.

She found comfort in Disney films, and enjoyed knowing that every story she watched would have a happy ending.

Since then, Ronni's collection has spiralled and she estimates she had thousands on Disney collectables including approximately more than 20 vinyls, 300 teddies, and 35 Mickey Mouse ears.

Ronni's bedroom is decorated with her plushies, she has been to the cinema for almost every Disney film and watched The Princess and the Frog more than 200 times.

Ronni, a content creator, from Greenwich said: "I have grown up watching Disney and I fell in love.

"I really love how you can step into a world and feel like you're lost in this story.

"Everything thing is beautiful, it feels really magical. You can escape from this world into their world.

"The world we're in now is so dark and Disney is such a light place to be."

Ronni collects anything Disney-related, with one of her prized possessions being a roll of film from the original Piglet movie she was given as a gift.

She believes she has spent up to £8,000 on her collection so far and keeps her items stored in her bedroom and in the loft.

Ronni said: "I have toys, plushies, light sabers and Marvel jewellery.

"My sister, Kerri, 22, is my best friend and she is a huge Disney fan.

"We often help each other collect items we want - we compare ourself to Elsa and Anna from Frozen."

Ronni has visited Disneyland Paris and said she was able to escape "into another world".

Talking about her favourite Disney film, Ronni said: "I love The Princess and the Frog.

"I saw it in the cinema when it came out, it has such a special place in my heart.

"I really love the messaging behind the story."

Ronni said that Disney helped her get through a tough time in 2023 when her grandad died.

She said: "If you're watching a Disney film you can get immersed into it.

"You find that you don't have to worry about everything when you are going to be watching Disney.

"My grandad wasn't into Disney but he loved music and really appreciated the music in the films.

"My parents would also help me through my grandad's illness as they would help me find rare plushies and help me with my collection."
