New information has revealed the 10 Bexley roads where the most parking fines were issued in 2023.
We submitted an FOI to Bexley Council, requesting the “ten roads with the most parking fines issued in 2023.”
Three of the roads - Broadway, Lion Road and Friswell Place - are Controlled Parking Zones (CPZ).
Broadway and Lion Road are Restricted Parking Zones (RPZ) to keep roads free for passing traffic.
The road with the highest number of parking fines in 2023 was Bellegrove Road in Welling - with a total of 2,606 fines issued in 2023.
This was followed by Broadway in Bexleyheath with 2,366 and Sidcup High Street with 1,051.
