There has been long delays after a crash involving a van and car on the A2 this morning.
The incident happened at 7.15am today (Thursday) on the London-bound carriageway of the A2 near Cobham.
Highways officers attended the scene and police patrols were not required.
Kent Police says there appear to be no injuries.
AA Maps show there has been slow traffic in the area from M2 J1 (Strood) to B255 / Bluewater (Bean Interchange).
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was notified of a collision involving a van and a car at 7.15am this morning on the London-bound carriageway of the A2 near Cobham.
“Highways officers have attended the scene and police patrols are not required.
“The appears non-injury but the highways press office may be able to assist with details.”
