The following cases were heard at Bromley or Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on the week beginning November 6.

They include a BMW driver, a drug dealer and a bike thief.

Remigijus Pocius, 43, of Grasshaven Way in Thamesmead 

Pleaded guilty that on February 5 he drove a BMW on the 50mph A13 in Havering at between 73 and 80mph, he was also not wearing a seat belt. 

Fined £666 and disqualified from driving for six months. 

Jagdeep Singh, 33, of Blake Hall Road in Wanstead 

Pleaded guilty that on January 16 in Eltham he drove a Mercedes Sprinter without reasonable consideration for other road users. 

Fined £276 and given five points on licence. 

James Dean Atkinson, 41, of Rangefield Road in Bromley 

Pleaded guilty that on December 3, 2021, he assaulted a woman by beating her. 

Given a 24-week suspended sentence. 

Alex Fokeerchand, 24, of Flamstead End Road in Cheshunt 

Pleaded guilty that on January 18 on Kent House Road in Lewisham he drove with THC in his system. 

Fined £162 and told to pay £1,000. Disqualified from driving for one year. 

Archie Denahy, 22, of Blanchard Close in Mottingham 

Pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply. 

Given a six month prison sentence, suspended for six month. 

Paul Mayhew, 64, of Anstridge Road in Avery Hill 

Pleaded guilty that on March 26driving in Thamesmead while under the influence of benzoylecgonine (cocaine breakdown). 

Disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120. 

Michael Sales, 41, of Rainbow Close in Horley 

Pleaded guilty that on October 16 in Croydon he trespassed into a garage and stole two bikes. 

Remanded on unconditional bail until sentencing. 

Alexandru Popescu, 37, of Sweyn Place in Blackheath 

Pleaded that on April 15 on St Mildreds Road in Hither Greem he assaulted a man by beating him. 

Fined £692 and told to pay £200 in compensation. 

Luke Bradley, 40, of Leahurst Road in Lewisham 

Pleaded guilty that on September 9 he drove a Ford Puma in Lewisham while over the legal alcohol limit. 

Disqualified from driving for one year and fined £160. 

Kyle Viller, 23, of Baizdon Road in Blackheath 

Pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis in Lewisham. 

Given a three month sentence suspended for one years. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.
