We’ve rounded up the cheapest fuel stations within a five mile radius of each south east London borough.

The UKPIA reports that each day, 46m litres of petrol and 74m litres of diesel are sold in the UK.

According to HM Revenue and Customs data for 2019, 44bn litres of fuel were used by drivers – 28bn litres of diesel and 16bn litres of petrol.

Drivers in south east London are finally seeing a reduction in the amount it costs to fill up their vehicles, as fuel prices are continuing to drop.

The latest UK average for petrol in the UK for petrol is 147.28p per litre.

The AA reports that supermarket prices for unleaded now average 145.2 per litre.

Fuel prices initially started to increase earlier last year.
