PEOPLE are being asked for their views on a proposed major development including 800 homes, shops and a leisure centre.
Consultations on the plans for the regeneration of Loampit Vale have been launched by Barratt Homes in partnership with Lewisham Council.
A cultural centre, a new park and a leisure centre including an eight-lane swimming pool, a gym, a cafe, a creche and a health spa are part of the proposals.
An exhibition of the plans will be held at Lewisham Bridge Primary School, in Elmira Street, from May 15 to May 17.
Barratt Homes managing director Alastair Baird said: "We want to work with residents and the council to make sure the Loampit Vale proposals which go forward make a valuable contribution to the life of the area."
Barratt will submit a planning application for the site in the summer.
