A COUNCIL is urging residents to help out with a museum exhibition by recalling memories of their visits to the attraction over the years.

Dartford Borough Museum, in Market Street, is running a Home of Discoveries exhibition up until June 21 celebrating its 100th birthday. Dartford Council wants residents to send in stories of personal memories there since its birth in 1908.

Council portfolio holder for the museum, Councillor Patsy Thurlow, said: "There are so many residents who must have their own stories and memories of visiting the museum over the years.

"It will be wonderful to see these displayed and it gives everybody an opportunity to be part of the centenary celebrations."
