TWO young cats abandoned outside a vets in Bromley have been rescued by the RSPCA.

The cats - one black and white and one tortoiseshell - were dumped in a cat carrier on the driveway of Andersons Vets in Cambridge Road, Bromley January 30.

The RSPCA are now caring for the cats who are thought to be less than a year old and have named the cats Patrick and Judith after two vets at the practice.

The search is on for a new home for the cats and for any information about who left them there.

RSPCA Inspector Sonya Gray said: "These cats were just dumped on a driveway where they could have been run over.

"It is an offence to just leave animals like this and we would like to hear from anyone with any information about where they have come from."

Anyone with any information can call the RSPCA in confidence on 03001234999.
