The discs, along with 8,000 cigarettes, were discovered during the operation in Lee High Road, Lee Green, on November 29.
The operation was carried out by various agencies, including Lewisham police safer neighbourhood teams and trading standards officers.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being involved in the production and distribution of counterfeit DVDs.
He was taken to Lewisham police station and released on bail to return on February 29.
