AT THIS month's meeting, Jill Webb and Heather Bruce from Bromley Primary Care Trust and Julian Burton, the senior project manager at Balfour Beatty, spoke about the redevelopment of the Beckenham Hospital site, which will be known as Beckenham Beacon.
A screened presentation accompanied the documentation and plan available to members and covered the next stages of redevelopment.
The building in Phase 1 is now occupied and covers various medical services and clinics.
The old cottage hospital and Kelsey Park farmhouse will be renovated towards the end of the project and historical features recorded and displayed.
At the guild's next meeting at 7.45pm on October 3 at Pickhurst Junior School Hall, Pickhurst Lane, Jonathan Jackson will talk about Kevington Hall.
