More homes in Erith's new housing development are up for sale this weekend as shared-ownership properties.

The Quarry development, which has been built in Erith's disused quarry, is offering 27 new homes for sale from today (August 18).

It will provide 600 houses in total, as well as a new primary school for the area.

Most of the houses also boast renewable energy generators, as part of the developments ecology scheme.

First put on sale in November 2017, the latest release of homes includes 16 two-bedroom maisonettes and 11 three-bedroom houses.

But how much will these new properties set you back? According to housing association L&Q, prices start at £167,000 to buy a 50 per cent stake in a house costing about £335,000.
