A Plumstead man is due to stand trial accused of murdering his eight-week-old son two years ago.
Tyrone Boudabes was admitted to hospital with unexplained injuries on September 16 2016, and he died four days later.
Abdoul Boudabes is accused of his murder by shaking.
The 39-year-old appeared at the Old Bailey on Wednesday (August 15) and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Boudabes was released on bail and is due to stand trial on November 19.
