Staff are readying for their first day of working in Penge ahead of the opening of the new Argos store.
The big catalogue retailer will open on Wednesday (August 15) inside the Sainsbury’s superstore on the high street.
Around 20,000 products are available and customers can collect items through fast track delivery and fast track collection.
Neil Davies, Sainsbury’s store manager in Penge, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Argos and its fantastic colleagues to our team in Penge.
“The opening is great news for our customers, who are always looking for easier, more convenient ways to shop. We look forward to offering them an increased range of products at fantastic value, all under one roof.”
Argos say the new store has created 11 jobs ahead of the official unveiling.
