Police in Bromley have slammed the "completely unacceptable" behaviour of dog owners after having to break yet another dog out of a hot car.
Over the last few weeks, police in the borough have issued warnings to dog owners about leaving their dogs alone in the car during the heatwave.
But it seems their pleas have fallen on deaf ears, as officers in Petts Wood smashed another car window this evening (Monday) to free a pup.

Officers posted photos of the smashed window and the thirsty pup - who was given some water - and reminded people temperatures reached 32 degrees this afternoon.
They also added the hashtag #dogsdieinhotcars to remind people of the danger of keeping pooches in these conditions.
