Three arrests have been made after bikers were chased down by police following a knifepoint robbery in Thamesmead.
After receiving reports of the robbery, police from the Greenwich Gangs Unit and Project Servator hunted for a moped which the suspects were believed to be riding.
They were eventually spotted by officers but failed to stop when asked.
They then dumped the bike (which police believe was stolen) and tried to get away but were detained by police.
Officers then made two arrests for robbery and one arrest for recall to prison.
