Residents in Bexley are being asked to keep their eyes peeled for a man police want to speak to in connection with a £600 theft.

Police received reports of jewellery being stolen from Paul Castle Jewellers in The Oval in Sidcup on July 2.

According to reports, £600 of jewellery was stolen after the suspect used a "method of distraction" to divert staff attention.

Officers have released a photo of a man they would like to speak to.

He is pictured wearing a white baseball cap, a blue shirt, beige shorts and sandals.
