Emergency services have been called to Bexleyheath after a cyclist was knocked off their bike outside the Marriott Hotel.
Reports have circulated of traffic building up at the roundabout between Gravel Hill and the Broadway while emergency services were on the scene.
A Met Police spokeswoman said: "Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 06:41hrs on Tuesday, 17 July to reports of a road traffic collision in Broadway, near Gravel Hill, Bexley.
"Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found a car in collision with a cyclist. We await an update on their condition.
"No arrests have been made."
