Police have appealed to drivers with dashcams to share footage that might shed light on two burglaries.

Both burglaries are alleged to have taken place in broad daylight on Friday, June 15.

The first, at a house in Woodlands Park, Bexley, is believed to have happened between 10.45am and midday.

The second, a house in Gloucester Road, Dartford, three miles away, is thought to have happened between 11.15am and 9pm.

Jewellery was reported stolen from both burglaries.

Police believe three white men wearing dark clothing were involved in the burglary in Woodlands Park.

As the areas are hotspots for learners in driving lessons, Kent Police has issued an appeal for dashcam footage, targeting driving schools in particular, to see if anyone has recorded any suspicious behaviour.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kent Police on 01474 366 149 quoting XY/036852/18. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
