A mum has been assaulted while out with her two year-old daughter in Chislehurst.
The woman was left "badly shaken and bruised" after being attacked by a mugger at the junction of Yester Road and Southill Road on Tuesday (June 12) at 2.50pm.
Her husband, who did not wish to be named, said: "Our younger daughter was in a buggy.
“Police believe there is a pattern given the crime involved and the matching description of the attacker.
“We would hate for the perpetrator to repeat the offence on other women with children in the area or indeed anywhere.”
A spokesman for the Met Police said a woman in her early 40s was robbed of her watch.
He added that the incident is being investigated and enquiries are ongoing.
It is unknown whether this is related to an appeal sent out by Bromley MPS on Wednesday after three high-value Bromley robberies where women and children were the victims.
They released a photo of the man they want to speak to in connection with the robberies.
