Dangerous criminals have been put behind bars in the last month, from murderers to drug dealers.

Here is a list of those from south east London and north Kent who were jailed this May.

Two thugs from Bexley were jailed for a total of eight years after a "random, motiveless attack" on a 25 year old man in Crayford.

Jack Siksnys, 23, of Ruskin Road, Belvedere and Greg Wenham, 36, of Brook Street, Erith were sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on Wednesday, May 9.

Wenham pleaded guilty to the charge of GBH with Intent and was handed a jail term of three and a half years. Following a trial, Siksnys was also found guilty and jailed for four and a half years.

News Shopper: Jailed in May

Jamie Simmons, 37, of Blackfriars Road in London, dragged 23 year-old Samir Draganovic, from Croydon, down the train platform at Knockholt railway station and stabbed him to death on November 5, 2017.

CCTV footage from the night shows the pair running off the end of the platform before Mr Simmons returns alone. Mr Draganovic's body was found with stab wounds by a train driver passing the scene later that night.

Simmons was sentenced on May 11 to life imprisonment.

Nicquan Taylor

Nicquan Taylor killed a pedestrian after he fell asleep at the wheel while drunk.

Taylor, 24 of Etta Street was driving through Bellingham on the night of February 26 when his car mounted the pavement, crashing into multiple people.

He pleaded guilty to one count of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. He was jailed for four years.

Two men involved in the brutal murder of 21-year-old Dean Pascal-Modeste have been jailed.

Devone Pusey, 20, of Knaphill Road in Catford was arrested on March 8, 2017, on charges of murder after handing himself in at Lewisham Police Station.

Kai Stewart, 18, of Hundson Road in New Cross was charged on November 3 of suspicion of murder after previously fleeing the country to Jamaica.

Stewart was sentenced to 17 year in jail while Pusey was handed a 20 year jail term.

A Belvedere drug dealer has been jailed for three years after being caught with 40 bags of heroin and cocaine.

27-year-old Jebb Green, from Gordon Road, was arrested by officers from Kent Police in Gravesend after being spotted shaking hands with a suspected drug user in the area.

Green pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and heroin with intent to supply and was sentenced to three years in prison at Woolwich Crown Court.

A sick sexual predator who preyed on a heavily pregnant woman at the Princess Royal University Hospital has been jailed for almost six years.

Gregory Boyle, 58, was sentenced at Croydon Crown Court on May 16, after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting the woman in October 2015.

The victim, a pregnant woman in her twenties, was being treated at the PRU hospital in Locksbottom when Boyle posed as a doctor and conducted a 'medical examination' of her - during which he touched intimate parts of her body.

Two drug dealers from South Norwood have been handed prison sentences after being caught with more than £28,000 worth of cocaine and heroin.

Tai Diedrick, 19, was jailed for four years and one month and Shaquille Boreland was sentenced to three years and five months after they pleaded guilty to possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
