“Looking forward to your world tour! Thank you brightest star [Sheku Kanneh-Mason]!”

Another user said their 13-year-old violinist is considering switching to a cello because ‘she loves the sound’ of his music.

Meanwhile, one other person added: “I use this song when I teach string orchestra.

“I’m so happy to hear this beautiful solo cello arrangement! Amazing!

“You’re an inspiration to young string players and musicians all over!”

Mr Kanneh-Mason, who became the first black musician to win the BBC Young Musician of the Year Award in 2016, performed at the royal wedding last weekend (May 19).

His piece during the huge event has received more than 1.7 million views on Facebook, also at the time of writing.

The Bob Marley mural, in Coulgate Street, was painted by artist Dale Grimshaw.
